"To the dispersed of Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia and Bithynia, elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father...rejected indeed by men but chosen by God and precious, as living stones, a spiritual house, a holy priesthood...She who is in Babylon, elect together with you, greets you." (First letter of the apostle Peter to the elect scattered across Asia Minor, 1 Peter 1:1,2; 5:13)

"Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great!...Come out of her my people lest you partake in her sins...Alas! Alas! thou great city, thou mighty city, Babylon! In one hour thy judgement has come ...Babylon the great city shall be thrown down with violence, and shall be found no more ...for your merchants were the great men of the earth, and all the nations were deceived by your sorcery." (The apostle John, Revelation 18)

The world-deceiving female body and beast

Previously published by The Olive Press, this entire booklet is now included in the Addendum of The Truth Which Sets Free.

Why did the apostles Peter and John use the name "Babylon" in the first century AD as if it still existed, when in fact that great city and empire was long gone, crumbled into the dust centuries beforehand? What Babylon was he talking about? What was this influential world power with whom the kings of all the earth would have intercourse, falling under its ominous spell, even until the end of time? Truth IS stranger than fiction, and this is one of the most fantastic tales ever told. Nor is it finished, for this is a story which is still being written, and like it or not, whoever you are, you are in it.

Read all about it in the Addendum of The Truth Which Sets Free.
